New Opportunities + Expanded Connections Coming Mid-2024

Just as the upcoming Judkins Park Light Rail station (located two blocks away) will establish new routes that link the greater Seattle area, Grand Street Commons will create new connections and opportunities. Bringing new businesses into the area, apartment homes for a diverse mix of income levels, and gathering spaces for all to enjoy, the project aims to improve not just spaces, but lives as well.

Residents will enjoy close proximity to the new Light Rail station which will provide long-awaited transit to the Eastside, along with quick connections to the existing routes going north and south.
